Baked Artichoke Dip Recipe + Give Away Contest

My mother has always observed the tradition of “The Twelve Days of Christmas”.  Ever since I could remember, she would wrap twelve small presents and hand deliver one every day to her mother.  I have always wanted to do the same for her; but with the miles between us it has never occurred.

This year, in her honor [Love ya’ Mom :) ] I will be observing the Twelve Days of Christmas with all of you.  There will be a gift each day for my readers.  I will also be having a drawing for Christmas Day (the last day).   There will be many opportunities to enter the drawing and the present will be announced soon.
The first two ways to enter the drawing is:
  1. Become a Follower of AmericKim’s Home.  If you already follow; congratulations! Your name is already in the drawing…
  2. Visit and leave a comment.  For each comment you leave between now and the 11th day of Christmas; your name will be entered in the drawing.
So, here’s to you Mom!  I hope you enjoy your gifts…..
Since I have so many friends, family, dinner guests, and especially Mom asking for my Artichoke Dip recipe; I thought it would be a great gift to everyone.  Just in time for all of your Christmas get togethers!
Christmas Bow DIY-22
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¹/8 tsp hot sauce
  • chili flakes, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and Italian herbs to taste
Combine all ingredients, stirring well; spoon into a lightly greased, oven proof 1 quart casserole.  Bake for 20 minutes at 350° (160° fan forced Celsius).  Serve with toast rounds and crackers.
Note: I put mozzarella cheese on the top before I bake. Yummm!
Yields: 2 cups
You will want to make extra copies of this recipe for your guest.  It will be a hit!
I hope you enjoy!
